“Where's that truck at?”
A live board of every job
Every work order sits on one board with its stage, its technician and how long it has waited, so stuck jobs stand out before a customer calls.
Relay connects your office, your mechanics and your fleet customers on the same job — from the call, to the mechanic on the shoulder, to the paid invoice. Live, on every phone.
“Where's that truck at?”
Every work order sits on one board with its stage, its technician and how long it has waited, so stuck jobs stand out before a customer calls.
“When is the tech getting here?”
Send a link from the work order. The customer follows the repair from their phone, with no account, and sees the technician on the way for roadside jobs.
“Did they approve the estimate yet?”
Customers approve or decline the estimate from a link. Approved work becomes the invoice, with your terms and warranty printed on it.
“Which yard was that customer?”
Each location has its own logo, details, customers and invoices. Switch between them in one tap; nothing gets mixed up.
In-shop work and roadside calls on one board, with dispatch and live technician positions.
Estimates approved by link, professional invoices by email, and reminders for anything past due.
Automatic updates at each stage, a tracking link, and a review request once the job is done.
From the moment a request comes in to the second the truck rolls out — one job, one record, everyone in sync.
Every job from new to invoiced on one board. Drag a card to move it; open it for everything about the job — diagnosis, estimate, labor, parts, photos, messages and history.
See every road call and every mechanic on one map. Assign the nearest available mechanic; they accept on their phone, and you and your customer watch the ETA count down.
Mechanics tap the mic and talk: start repair, add parts, leave a note, ask what's wrong with the truck. Natasha answers out loud, and the office gets a daily briefing of what needs attention.
Take a photo or drop a PDF of a FleetPride or dealer invoice. Relay reads every line, matches it to your parts, and you review before anything goes into stock.
Scan a part with the phone camera to find it instantly. Scan or type a VIN to fill in year, make, model and engine. Relay warns before a part that doesn't match the truck goes on the job.
Fleet customers request service, follow the mechanic's ETA, approve estimates, see photos and invoices, and look up every unit's repair history — without calling you.
No add-ons. Unlimited users — your office, every mechanic, and your fleet customers.
Customers approve from a link on their phone — or you record a phone approval.
Pass, monitor or repair, with photos and recommended work the customer can see.
Turn approved estimates into invoices, record full or partial payments, send PDFs.
Stock by location, low-stock alerts, vendors, POs with partial receiving.
Cores added to invoices automatically; find parts by any cross-reference number.
Clock in and out, labor and drive timers, efficiency per technician.
Profit by job, customer, technician and location; parts margin and labor recovery.
Customers, invoices, payments, products and vendors, ready to import.
Every yard side by side on one dashboard, each with its own mechanics and stock.
Bays, technicians and road calls on a screen in the shop.
Approvals, arrivals and new requests on the phone — even with Relay closed.
Fleet customers find your locations on the Relay map and request service.
Export your customers, vehicles and parts, drop all the files into Relay, and it recognises each one and brings everything over in the right order. Need a hand? Send us your files.
Relay is shop and road service software for truck and trailer repair. Every repair lives on one work order — from the call or request, through dispatch, the mechanic on site, the estimate and the customer's approval, to the invoice and payment — and your office, your mechanics and your fleet customers all see the same job, live.
Truck and trailer repair shops, mobile mechanics and roadside service businesses — from a two-mechanic shop with no dispatcher to companies running several locations.
No. Mechanics use Relay on their own phones (iPhone or Android). They accept road calls, navigate, run timers, add parts and photos, and can use voice commands. Relay can be installed on the home screen like an app — no app store needed.
When a mechanic is on a road call and sharing location, the office sees them on the dispatch map and the fleet customer sees the ETA. Mechanics control when they share, and location is only visible to their own shop and the customer on that job. Phones pause location while an app is closed or the screen is locked, so the ETA updates while Relay is open on the mechanic's phone.
Yes. Fleet customers get their own portal: they request service, follow the mechanic's ETA, approve estimates, see photos and invoices, and look up every unit's repair history.
Yes. Export your customers, vehicles and parts as CSV or Excel files and add them all at once — Relay recognises each file, matches the columns, and imports everything in the right order. Nothing is duplicated.
Relay exports your customers, invoices, payments, products and vendors in the format QuickBooks Online imports.
Yes. Add each location with its own address, bays, stock and mechanics, and see every location side by side on one dashboard.
Each shop's data is kept separate and is only visible to that shop's team, with access by role (owner, office staff, mechanic) — and to fleet customers only for their own vehicles and jobs.
Set up your company in a few minutes, invite your mechanics with your shop code, and add or import your customers.

Your shop's data is private to your team. Passwords are encrypted, and resets are sent by email.
Your location is only shared while you're marked live — visible to your shop and to the customer you're currently assigned to. Nobody else can see it, and it stops the moment you go offline. Your phone pauses location updates when Relay is closed or the screen is locked, so keep Relay open during a road call.
